Exciting preparations for the 2016 graduation

There has been a buzz in the training rooms at Nova Transition as the year winds up and the graduation of our hardworking second year participants rapidly approaches.

A graduation is always an exciting time, and here at Nova Transition we always have a lot to celebrate at each year’s ceremony as our cohort of trainees graduate with a Certificate I in Work Education.

They have also gained a wealth of knowledge on the world of work, along with a brand new title: tax payer.

Each and every one of our graduating trainees has worked hard to achieve these things and we know they will be highly valued members of their new work places.

After two years of hard work, everyone looks forward to taking a moment to sit back, relax and enjoy the immense achievements of an amazing group of young people with a disability. This year’s graduation is shaping up to be the biggest yet. The promise of some fabulous special guest entertainment has seen the RSVPs flying in, with the venue expected to be almost at capacity.

We wish to send out a huge thank you to Clubs NSW, which is sponsoring our event this year and helping to make this graduation one that will not be quickly forgotten.

On behalf of everyone in the Nova Transition team, I would like to say a huge congratulations to every one of our second year trainees who are graduating this year. Along with your families and loved ones, we are so incredibly proud of everything you have achieved over the past two years and the transformation we have seen in all of you.

We wish you all the very best with your new positions in the workforce and your first steps to a promising career. Know that NOVA will always be here to support and guide you as you navigate your new working life, and we look forward to being a continued part of your employment journey.
