Joel On July 11, 2007 Joel went to Repco Auto Parts at Forster for four-hours work experience. Joel’s duties included packaging, hanging stock and stacking shelves. He was given the time consuming task of checking stock to invoices from a large delivery. Joel has a remarkable memory and found this task quite easy and had completed it so quickly and accurately to the pleasant surprise of Stephen, Repco manager and Joel’s supervisor for the day. Joel proceeded to pack this stock in the store area, being mindful of matching part numbers. Stephen believed Joel “would be well suited to a position similar to the one experienced at Repco. Tasks given were completed with confidence.” Joel went back to Repco August 10 to present Stephen and his staff with a Nova Transition Certificate of Appreciation. |
