Champion of Champions
On Saturday the 14th of November the annual National Champion Business Awards were held at the prestigious Westin Hotel in Sydney. Representing NOVA's Cafe 64 were Victor, Millie & Pauline and local staff Elena Naoumenko, Anne Goyer and Martin Wren with Cambelltown Manager, Gary Canham and wife Karen. The evening was a star studded production with a first class meal and excellent entertainment but the awards were what everyone had come for. Cafe 64 were finalists in the 'Champion Regional Business' award and competed against a large field of finailists - the tension before the announcement was palpable 'and the winner is.... Cafe 64' was greeted by large cheers all round. A beautiful gold statue is now resident at the Cafe joining our silver State Champions trophy. Congratulations to Don, Millie and all the Cafe crew. |
